As we’ve been reporting, Nebraska lawmakers are stymied in their attempts to redraw the state’s congressional districts, specifically the so-called “blue dot” in the Omaha area’s Second Congressional District.

While Democrats in the Legislature have been able to block a Republican plan, several outside groups are watching the map-making closely.
