Nebraska plays Cincinnati on Thursday night in the season opener for both teams at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

The matchup between the Big Ten and Big 12 schools was supposed to be played in Indianapolis before getting moved closer to the Huskers' home in Lincoln, Nebraska. But the game is considered a home game for Cincinnati.

Nebraska is coming off a 7-6 season that finished with a win in the Pinstripe Bowl. Cincinnati lost its regular-season finale last year to finish 5-7 and miss going to a bowl game.
