The Potter-Dix Lady Coyotes are district runner-ups to end the 2026 season. The lady coyotes have performed well down the stretch and landed themselves a #16 seed in a district final match-up against Dundy County-Stratton on Dundy County's home court Friday night.

The lady tigers are 25-1 on the season and made their 6th consecutive appearance in a tournament final this year. Known for creating turnovers and record rebounding numbers. The Dundy County-Stratton team came into the game refusing to let go of their goal of a state title.

The lady coyotes have been depleted to a seven person squad after a series of injuries but didn't quit fighting the entire game. The attitude that got them there was helpful in making some great plays in the second half but Dundy County-Stratton came on too strong and gained a 71-15 victory.
