A phone and internet outage at Spectrum caused disruptions in service for many business, organizations and residents in Sidney Tuesday morning.

SIDNEY - A phone and internet outage at Spectrum caused disruptions in service for many business, organizations and residents in Sidney Tuesday morning.

According to the company's website, an outage was reported around 6 a.m. Crew members were doing everything they could to fix the problem. Spectrum hoped to have the issue resolved by 10:30 a.m.

The 987 The Big Boy and Cheyenne County Country studio phones and business lines were unable to take calls Tuesday morning. Both Sidney Regional Medical Center and the Cheyenne County Chamber reported issues with their phones and internet.
