Frigid temperatures hit Nebraska on back end of winter storm

NEBRASKA, NE — Western Nebraska may have gotten the brunt of the snow, but now the entire state will deal with frigid wind chill temperatures overnight. 

Forecasts call for feels like temperatures ranging from -20 to even 30 below zero in some places. It is cold enough that frostbite can occur on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
