Child missing in Scottsbluff

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. -- Authorities are searching for a missing child in Scottsbluff.

Joseph Waters, 16, was last seen 48 hours ago running out of Target in Scottsbluff.

He is 5'8 and weighs approximately 180 lbs.
