Gurley man indicted on child pornography charges
LINCOLN, Neb. -- A Nebraska Panhandle man is facing two child porn charges in federal court.
Charges of attempting to receive child pornography against 43-year-old Daniel Konruff, of Gurley, were revealed in an unsealed indictment on Wednesday.
Authorities allege that Konruff received child pornography starting March 21 of this year and continuing into mid-May.
For each charge, Konruff faces 15 to 40 years in prison and a potential fine of $250,000. If convicted, he would also be faced with supervised release and additional monetary fees.
Konruff was previously convicted of attempted receipt of child pornography in 2017.
