Panhandle woman previously arrested for meth charge due in court for missed appearances
A Nebraska Panhandle woman facing drug charges was arrested for missing court for the second time in two months.

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. -- A Nebraska Panhandle woman facing drug charges was arrested for missing court for the second time in two months.
44-year-old Rachel Spencer was arrested Tuesday for missing a court hearing on August 22. She had previously missed a hearing on a DUI drug charge on July 11.
In between those scheduled court dates, Spencer was arrested on July 13. Scottsbluff Police reporting spotting Spencer, knowing that she had a warrant out for her arrest.
After she was arrested, officers found a baggy located in her pocket. The baggy reportedly contained a crystalized white substance that tested positive for methamphetamine.
Spencer has a pretrial hearing scheduled for Sept. 8 related to her previous missed court appearance.
