BAYARD - Bayard Junior Danika Hassel finished with 24 kills, 3 blocks and 2 ace serves in a pair of matches Tuesday, and the Tigers improved to 11-0 this season with victories over Garden County and Leyton at their home triangular. 

Bayard defeated the Eagles in three sets and swept the Warriors in the nightcap. They finished with a total of 53 kills, 10 blocks, and 7 ace serves.

Leyton picked up a win over Garden County in three sets the other match. Claire Watchorn had 22 kills and added 2 blocks. The Warriors finished the night with 54 kills, 9 blocks, and 6 aces in their two matches. 

Aubrey Evans racked up 12 kills with 3 blocks and an ace serve for the Eagles. Garden County ended the night with 45 kills, 13 blocks, and 6 aces.  

Garden County's record goes to 12-6 and will be back home to play Morrill (5-5) on Thursday.

Leyton evens their record at 7-7 and will go to the Hay Springs Triangular to face the Hawks (9-4) and Kimball (0-9) on Thursday.

Bayard will stay home Thursday and play South Platte.
