Van vs. deer collision near Morrill sends four people to hospital

Four people, including two children, were transported by ambulance to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after the van they were in collided with a deer Sunday evening.

MORRILL - Four people, including two children, were transported by ambulance to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after the van they were in collided with a deer Sunday evening. 

Two other people in the Dodge Grand Caravan escaped injury, according to Nebraska State Patrol Spokesman Cody Thomas.

He says the accident happened on Highway 26 at mile marker 10, near Morill, at approximately 5:15 p.m. Sunday.
