SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. -- A Nebraska Panhandle town gathered over the weekend to celebrate the season.

Scottsbluff's annual Christmas parade was held on Sunday.

The gathering featured dozens of parade entries lit up for the holiday season.

The parade included both Santa and the Grinch, both of whom were flown to town in a helicopter by AirLink.

The event was the culmination of a weekend of activities hosted by the Downtown Scottsbluff Association designed to get residents downtown checking out the many shops in Scottsbluff.
