An electrical issue is blamed for a fire that destroyed a structure in Minatare Friday afternoon.

MINATARE - An electrical issue is blamed for a fire that destroyed a structure in Minatare Friday afternoon.

Minatare Fire Chief Brandi Ehler says the building is a total loss. Fire fighters battled the blaze in high winds and below freezing temperatures for nearly two hours. 

Ehler says the fire started at approximately 1 p.m.
