SIDNEY - An annual spring tradition marks its 32nd year in April.
Flood Communications - Western Nebraska announced earlier this year, the 2023 Spring Expo, presented by Sutton Home Gallery, will be held on April 22nd and 23rd at the Cheyenne County Fairgrounds in Sidney.
The Expo allows businesses and organizations to meet, greet, and have conversations face-to-face with potential clients and customers on Saturday, April 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Nick Sutton, owner of Sutton Home Gallery, told News Channel Nebraska last year, they attend the Spring Expo every year with a small sample of what they have in their store in downtown Sidney.
"The Expo is a blast," Sutton said. "What KSID does every year is amazing. It drags a lot of people in. A real traffic-driver for us and we definitely appreciate being able to be involved with it."
Sutton Home Gallery will be giving away a $5,000 living room refresh at this year's Expo. Attendees will be able to sign-up to win by leaving their name and phone number at the 987 The Big Boy, Cheyenne County Country, and 1043 KIMB booth. You must be present to win.
The radio stations host the event every year to give people an opportunity to get information, advice, and new products for their home, business, farm, and garden. Several of the booths offer free giveaways and hold drawings for a variety of prizes.
Concessions are available at the fairgrounds both days from Outlaw Meat Company, of Gurley. New this year, coffee will be served from Beans & Steams Coffee House of Sidney.
Those interested in including their business or organization at this year's Spring Expo are asked to call (308) 254-5803. Under eight booths remain available.
