CHAPPELL -- Jordan's Way is planning a stop in Chappell Friday as part of a regional tour.

The three-hour stop is planned for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 24 at Adopt-a-Dog Animal Rescue.

Jordan's Way is a non-profit started by Kris Rotonda in honor of his dog Jordan, who was a rescue. Rotonda has visited shelters all around the nation to help raise funds by hosting fun challenges and bringing the community together.

According to the organization's website, Jordan's Way Tour has raised $5 million nationwide for shelters. Jordan’s Way is dedicated to sharing meaningful animal welfare stories that inspire people to adopt. Our efforts are publicized on social media to influence the Clearing of Shelters.

Through the Jordan's Way community outreach and advocacy, the organization creates a buzz around shelters that builds a compassionate community of pet parents willing to provide a permanent home. Any donation made goes directly to funding the Tour's next shelter visit or to shelters in need.

Adopt-A-Dog Animal Rescue has been organized for Charitable, humane and educational purposes and to promote awareness of spay and neuter programs.
