Nebraska LEAD program promoted in Cheyenne County

SIDNEY -- Applicants are sought for a program that encourages agriculturalists to also be leaders in their field. Terry Hejny, director of Nebraska LEAD, stopped in Sidney Friday to promote the program and the coming application deadline.
