Police investigate incident that sends man to hospital with head, arm lacerations
A 44-year-old man was taken to the hospital Friday night after he told police he believed something was thrown at him at 9:01 p.m.
SIDNEY - A 44-year-old man was taken to the hospital Friday night after he told police he believed something was thrown at him at 9:01 p.m.
According to the Sidney Police Department, officers initially responded to a report of a man being stabbed at the 800 block of Linden Street. When officers arrived, the male subject had lacerations to his head and one of his arms.
The man, who wasn't identified, told police he wasn't stabbed, but thought something had been thrown at him. He couldn't identify the person who he thought threw something at him. The alleged item that was thrown was also not identified.
He was treated at Sidney Regional Medical Center and released.
