All three medalists ended the day within three shots of the top spot with a fourth just a stroke behind. Mitchell's Cael Peters garnered top medalist honors with a 74, winning in a playoff over Ogallala's Luke Hiltibrand.
Sidney struggled on the Scottsbluff Country Club course as the Red Raiders low golfer was John Beier with a 12-over par 84 to finish in 24th place. Jaeden Dill was two shots behind, carding an 86.
