The National Weather Service in Denver Colorado has issued a

Southwestern Logan County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 645 PM MDT.

* At 623 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Atwood, or 4 miles southwest of Sterling, moving
northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
