SIDNEY -- Anthony Lucia: trick roper, broadcaster of WCRA and PBR events, reality television star on Rodeo Girls, and World-famous Pro Rodeo Announcer reveals he will be the PRCA Rodeo Announcer at the 2023 Cheyenne County Fair & Rodeo!
