'Call Me Cupcake' calls for a new owner
BRIDGEPORT -- After five years with a storefront breakfast and lunch counter, and a reputation for home-made cupcakes and pastries, Karey Sinks, owner of Call Me Cupcake, is calling for a new owner.
Sinks believes it is time to retire.
She has had the storefront coffee shop in Bridgeport for about five years.
She said July 27 that prior to opening Call Me Cupcake, she had a mobile cupcake trailer. She would attend events and festivals throughout the Panhandle. She inherited her interest in baking from her grandmother, she says.
She says it is time to retire, slow down, and spend more time with her grandchildren.
Call Me Cupcake is known for its homemade cupcakes and pastries, and also the extensive cold and hot coffee drink menu as well as teas and soft drinks.
Sinks can be reached at Call Me Cupcake, 308-262-7773, Facebook and Instagram or her website: callmecupcakene.com.
She hopes to have a buyer by the end of the year.
