Man arrested for terroristic threats at Kimball motel

Kimball Police and Kimball County Sheriff's deputies were called to the Interstate Inn just off I-80 on Chestnut St. on Monday. There were reports of a disturbance.

When they arrived, police found that two separate tenants were involved in the disturbance and one individual had threatened to shoot the other individual. Police recovered a handgun during their investigation.

Robert Laxson, age 61, was arrested and charged with terroristic threats in the case.
