Garrett Nelson signs with Cincinnati Bengals

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Scottsbluff High School graduate Garrett Nelson has a new NFL team.

The former Husker signed with the Cincinnati Bengals and will be part of the team’s practice squad. The Bengals made the announcement via their team website on Tuesday.

Nelson spent the offseason and training camp with the Miami Dolphins, recording five tackles and a sack over three preseason games.

The Bengals practice squad currently is at the 16 player limit.
