Cassie Gasseling will become the CEO of Kimball Health Services on January 17th, 2024.

Gasseling has served as the Chief Financial Officer at the hospital since 2019. She was a controller at Kimball Health Services for one year before that. Gasseling is a Certified Public Accountant who worked for Cabela's before joining the KHS staff.

Gasseling replaces outgoing CEO Ken Hunter who has held the top job for the last 12 years. Hunter announced his retirement two months ago leading the hospital's Board of Trustees to begin the search for his replacement.

Hunter will exit and Gasseling will take over weeks after contractors have turned the new Kimball Health Services building over to the team. While a firm opening date for the new hospital has not been set, it should be soon after Gasseling takes over.
