EPIC Option town hall meetings scheduled for November 14

CHEYENNE COUNTY -- Three town hall meetings are scheduled for November 14 to discuss the EPIC Option. The EPIC Option is a proposal to eliminate property taxes in exchange for sales tax on new purchases.
