Sidney third grade students celebrate Veterans Day

SIDNEY -- North Elementary School's third grade students were on stage November 9 to honor local veterans.

The production of music and script and a large display of uniforms provided by Larry Nelson was held at Sidney High School's Performing Arts auditorium.

The program was divided into four parts: students in Miss Blevin's class, students in Mis Harroun and Mrs. Dickman's class, Miss Larson's class and the finale.

The service included recognition of all veterans in attendance, and songs including "We Celebrate America," "The Star Spangled Banner," "God Bless America" and "Stars and Stripes Forever."
