SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. -- The Scottsbluff Police Department have arrested a man in investigation of a shooting death that occurred Saturday, November 18.

At about 11 p.m. Saturday,  November 18, Scottsbluff Police officers, already present at Regional West Medical Center, were alerted by medical staff of a gun shot victim they were treating. The victim was Wilson George Coleman III, who had been shot in the chest, and later succumbed to his injuries.

Sunday, November 19, 2023, a suspect, Anibal Domingo Jr. was arrested and is currently incarcerated on the charges of Second Degree Murder, and Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony.

This is an isolated event between known individuals. There is no further threat to the community. The shooting occurred in the 1000 block of 15th Avenue in Scottsbluff.
