An arrest has been made following an assault investigation.
 
On 12/02/2023 at approximately 12:56 A.M., the Kimball Police Department responded to a residence in the 400 block of South Jefferson Street, reference a reported domestic assault. A subsequent investigation determined an alleged felonious assault occurred at the residence.
 
Joseph Martinez (32) was arrested and charged with Assault by strangulation or suffocation, and Domestic Assault.
