Authorities arrest Scotts Bluff County woman on assault charges involving knives
Authorities are investigating an assault involving knives in Scotts Bluff County on Sunday.
SCOTTSBLUFF - Authorities are investigating an assault involving knives in Scotts Bluff County on Sunday.
Officers were dispatched to a residence near Plains Drive to attend to a female that suffered several abrasions and open wounds to her face, head and neck.
Nancy Williams Flores, 40, of Scotts Bluff County, is accused of hitting the victim repeatedly and throwing knives at her. Officers discovered a variety of knives on the floor of the residence.
She was arrested after attempting to pull away from officers and kicking one officer in the stomach and another in the knee.
Flores is charged with second degree assault, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, attempted assault on an officer, resisting arrest and third degree assault.
