Friday night at 11:29 pm Kimball Police observed a pickup truck driving with its lights off. A traffic stop was conducted. During the stop, police observed signs of impairment and  field sobriety tests were administered.

As a result of the stop, Ricky Dean Kizzair was arrested for Driving under the Influence second offense.
