Nebraska National Guard to conduct routine training exercise near Sidney Airport

The Nebraska Army National Guard will be conducting a routine training exercise the morning of May 4. near the Sidney Municipal Airport.

LINCOLN -- The Nebraska Army National Guard will conduct a routine training exercise on Saturday morning, May 4, near the Sidney Municipal Airport.

Weather pending, the exercise will involve military personnel, aircraft, and other equipment from the 2-134th Infantry Battalion and the 1-376th Aviation Battalion.

Military aircraft and personnel are expected to be present in the area throughout May 3-4 for this routine training exercise.

The training exercise should have minimal impact on airport operations.

Please DO NOT CALL the airport with questions regarding this military training.
