Annual Pine Bluffs Trail Days coming this week
PINE BLUFFS -- The City of Pine Bluffs is hosting its 74th annual Pine Bluffs Trail Days this week.
The event includes more than a dozen activities spread throughout the week from a pool party and street dance to the parade and tournaments.
Chairman of the Trail Days Committee Allie Leitza says, “The main importance [of Trail Days] is the fellowship it provides, the sense of community, and the promotion of everything we have to offer in Pine Bluffs.”
This year's Trail Days will include the first-ever Park Party on Saturday. It will include live music, food trucks, yard games, kids' activities, a bounce house, and adult beverages.
“This is something I’ve always had a vision for, just to be able to see everyone enjoying a space together – people of all ages,” Leitza said. “My goal is to be able to provide something of value to every age of our community.”
