Man dies in Cheyenne camper fire

Authorities are investigating a camper fire that left one man dead Thursday night in Cheyenne.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Authorities are investigating a camper fire that left one man dead Thursday night in Cheyenne.

The Laramie County Sheriff’s Office and Laramie County Fire Authority responded around 9 p.m. to a fifth-wheel camper fire in the 3700 block of Glencoe Drive, according to a statement from the sheriff’s office.

Emergency responders discovered an adult male deceased at the scene. The cause of the fire and the victim’s cause of death remain under investigation.

The Laramie County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s name once next of kin have been notified.
