NORTH PLATTE -- The Sustainable Beef LLC will be holding a ribbon cutting 2 p.m. Monday, March 24.
The facility is located at 1701 S. Newberry Rod, North Platte, NE.
The event will feature a variety of speakers including State Senator Mike Jacobson, Congressman Adrian Smith, Senator Deb Fischer, Senator Pete Ricketts and Governor Jim Pillen. Guided tours will be available after the ceremony.
