Lee Charles Blodgett, 72, of Potter, Nebraska, passed away peacefully at Kimball Health Services in Kimball, Nebraska on April 17, 2025. Cremation had taken place, and a private family service will be held at a later date.

Lee was born in Scottsbluff, NE on August 06, 1952, to Charles and Grace Blodgett. He left school at the age 14, but this didn’t stop him from being a lifelong student of the universe. As a young man, Lee would leave Nebraska to become a truck driver, making Washington State his home base until his return to Nebraska in the mid-1980s. He would spend all his remaining days a Nebraskan.

Lee was proceeded in death by his partner, Kathleen Green, and his brother, Willie Blanco. He is survived by his son, SSG Charles Green (Nicole) of North Carolina, as well as his beloved grandchildren, Damien, Alanna, Callie, and Briana. Lee is also survived by his sister, Alice Buckley, and adored nieces, Angie and Michelle.
