Community Center public meeting seeks Phase 3 comments, concerns

SIDNEY -- Cheyenne County Community Center is hosting a public meeting inviting the public to discuss Stage 3 of the Community Center Development. The meeting will be held 5:30 p.m. April 28 at Boss City Brewing.
