Sterling Realtor launches program supporting local heroes

STERLING, Colo. -- Sterling realtor Joe McBride announced today a new partnership with Homes for Heroes®, a nationally recognized program that gives back to those who give so much to their communities.  

A former law enforcement officer and Logan County Commissioner for eight years, McBride brings firsthand insight into the critical roles our local heroes play — and the financial challenges they often face when pursuing home ownership.

Eligible home buyers or sellers can receive up to $700 back for every $100,000 in home purchase or sales price through the program’s Hero Reward’s®.  

Additional savings are available when participants work with affiliated Homes for Heroes® professionals, including lenders, title agents, and inspectors. Plus, a portion of every transaction is donated to the Homes for Heroes Foundation®, which supports nonprofits providing critical assistance to heroes in need across the country.
