Banner County hosted a pink out senior night on Tuesday. Raising awareness for breast cancer during a month designated for just that, and recognizing three seniors involved in fall activities at the school.

The wildcats also hosted two of the the most talked about teams in the panhandle, inviting both Hay Springs and Morrill to compete in their triangular.

The first game went to the Hay Springs Lady Hawks over Banner County, 25-10, 25-8.

In the middle game, the two visiting teams battled to a number of ties over two sets with Morrill managing to pull away at the last second of each, sweeping the game, 25-21, 25-20.

In the final game of the night, Banner County took on Morrill and fought hard. Morrill was able to go on a couple long runs in each set to sweep the lady cats, 25-13, 25-11.
