Cross Canadian Ragweed, Turnpike Troubadours to play Memorial Stadium in August 2026

LINCOLN — Two of Oklahoma’s most celebrated Red Dirt bands, Turnpike Troubadours and Cross Canadian Ragweed, are teaming up for a massive stadium show at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026.

The “Boys From Oklahoma” lineup will also feature special guests Cody Jinks, Flatland Cavalry, and additional acts to be announced. The Lincoln show marks one of the biggest country and Red Dirt concerts ever held in Nebraska’s capital city.

Following a run of sold-out stadium shows throughout 2025 and an almost sold-out date in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in April 2026, the tour continues to build momentum with high demand from fans across the Midwest.

Pre-sale sign-ups are open now through Oct. 27 at 5 p.m. CT at www.theboysfromoklahoma.com. Pre-sale ticket purchases begin Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. CT, with any remaining tickets available to the general public starting Oct. 31 at 10 a.m. CT.

Cross Canadian Ragweed’s return to the stage follows a 15-year hiatus that left fans eager for more from the band that helped define the Red Dirt sound. Their influence spans generations — referenced in songs by Dierks Bentley and Koe Wetzel, honored in a tribute album, and even mentioned in novels by Stephen King.

Turnpike Troubadours, inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame and known for their acclaimed albums A Cat in the Rain and The Price of Admission, continue to be one of America’s most beloved touring acts, with more than 2.2 billion streams worldwide.

The August 2026 performance at Memorial Stadium is expected to draw fans from across the country for what’s being billed as one of the biggest Red Dirt concerts in the region’s history.
