Nebraska Athletics announced Tuesday it will donate all ticket proceeds from Nebraska’s spring football game, presented by FNBO, to support wildfire relief efforts across the state.

Four major wildfires have burned nearly 750,000 acres in central and western Nebraska. Gov. Jim Pillen has issued an executive order to provide emergency relief.

“Nebraskans always step up in times of need, and we want to do our part to help our fellow Nebraskans affected by these wildfires,” Nebraska Athletic Director Troy Dannen said.

Online donations can also be made at NSFVA.org/Donate. Funds will support Nebraska’s volunteer firefighters with equipment, resources and recovery efforts.

Nebraska’s spring football game is set for Saturday, March 28, with kickoff at 11 a.m. General admission tickets are $5 through March 22, increase to $10 from March 23-27, and will be $20 on game day. Club tickets are $10 through March 22, $20 during the week of the game and $30 on game day.
