Charles Herbster, who has been endorsed by Trump, announced today that Donald Trump Jr. will make three stops—Gering, North Platte and Grand Island—on Wednesday.
He'll be in Gering at 10 a.m. Mountain time, North Platte at 1 p.m. Central time and Grand Island at 3 p.m. Central time.
According to a spokesperson for the Herbster campaign, so far there is "nothing that's scheduled " with the former president.
During debates, parades, rallies and his commercials Herbster has pushed the message that he has Trump's endorsement.
NU Regent Jim Pillen has been endorsed by Gov. Pete Ricketts.
State Sen. Brett Lindstrom is backed by Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert.
