Authorities arrest additional person in Scottsbluff Arby's disturbance

SCOTTSBLUFF - Scottsbluff police arrested an additional person in relation to a disturbance involving a pregnant woman at an Arby's restaurant drive-thru.
Police say Deja Sun Rhodes, 22, was a passenger in a car driven by Brittany Flores, 25, when police were called in response to a complaint of someone being under the influence of narcotics.
When searching the vehicle, officers found over 50 fentanyl pills, a small amount of methamphetamine and a pipe.
Rhodes is accused of having a burnt straw in her purse and marijuana.
Rhodes was charged with Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Fentanyl, No Drug Tax Stamp, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia.
Her bond is set for $47,500.
In addition, an ultrasound revealed Flores is pregnant.
Flores is charged with Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Methamphetamine, Child Abuse, Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, No Drug Tax Stamp, and Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia.
