Search over for new Eastern Wyoming College president
Eastern Wyoming College announces that the search is over for a new President of the school.

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Eastern Wyoming College announces that the search is over for a new President of the school.
EWC Board of Trustees announces Dr. Jeffry Hawes is their new President, and he will start July 1st.
The Board of Trustees voted unanimously to appoint him, President.
Hawes was raised on a family farm in Michigan.
Formerly in 2019 he accepted a position as Executive Dean of East Campus for Black Hawk College where he provided leaderships for career and transfer programming and advocates for faculty, staff, and students alike.
He also served as the primary investigator for multiple grants focusing on career development and student achievement.
