Caneda (second base) earned First Team All-Big Ten, All-Defensive and All-Freshman honors, the only player in the conference to receive a spot on all three teams.
Billie Andrews (shortstop) and Brooke Andrews (outfield) joined Caneda, each earning a spot on the First Team All-Big Ten team. NU's final-round 295 (+7) on the 6,324-yard, par-72 layout at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course at North Carolina State marked the second-best round by a Husker team at a regional, just one stroke shy of a 294 in the first round of the 2008 NCAA Central Regional in Austin, Texas. The Huskers also closed the season with a school-record 292.21 team stroke average, smashing the previous mark of 298.77 set a year ago. by 6.56 strokes.

• The Husker women have not won a conference outdoor title since 2005 in the Big 12, but the Huskers are projected to be in contention at the end with Ohio State, Michigan and Iowa.
• The Husker men were last crowned Big Ten outdoor champions in 2019 and will look to battle Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota for the team title.
• The Husker women have three Big Ten event leaders: Jenna Rogers (high jump), Ieva Turke (triple jump) and Rhema Otabor (javelin). Otabor ranks No. 1 in the NCAA and two-time Big Ten champion Maddie Harris ranks second. Both of them broke the javelin school record this spring.
