The Kimball County court will be called into session at its regular time, 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday August 23rd.

The judge will hear a total of 27 cases including seven felony cases and a juvenile case. While five of the felony cases are due for pre-trial hearings, two are new on the docket.

Akmal I. Ibragimov has no attorney listed as he is arraigned for felony possession of a controlled substance. He faces up to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine for this class four felony.

Jacob Newton of Kimball has been charged with felony child abuse. This is a class two felony. Newton has not listed an attorney.
