Gering man found guilty of sexual assault of a child
A sentencing has been made for a Gering man involved in a sexual assault on a minor.

By News Channel NebraskaGERING - A sentencing has been made for a Gering man involved in a sexual assault on a minor.
Jeremy Fulton was found guilty for First Degree Sexual Assault of Child.
His sentencing is no less than 45 years, and no more than 60 years, with a minimum of 15 years mandatory.
Fulton was also charged with Intentional Child Abuse.
November of 2022, and investigation was started when a 15 year old girl told a school official about her being sexually assaulted by an adult.
Police were called and Fulton was arrested for that offense.
