• Recommendation from Loan Advisory Board for approval of LB840 loan for TT’s Pub & Grub; owners - Christina Taylor Terry Taylor and Tyson Culek

• Approve Demolition Grant for Wesley & Anna Mietus for storage garage at 611 E 3 rd Street for $3,730.02

• Approve Demolition Grant for Wesley & Anna Mietus for house and apartment at 315 S Myrtle for $23,520.24

• Approve Mayor’s signature to the City Maintenance Agreement Renewal with the State of Nebraska Department of Transportation

• Discuss and Approve loan through Points West for Police Department Cameras and Equipment in the amount of $24,650.

• Councilman Muench – discussion on selling City properties.

• Executive (Closed) Session for the protection of the public interest regarding pending claims and imminent litigation involving Hometown Hardware, Inc.
