SIDNEY -- Savor and Grace opened the doors to its new location this morning, celebrating one year of business and a new look.

The event provided an opportunity for the community to experience the decadent cheeses and meats Savor and Grace is known for, and salad options as well.

"Today has been amazing. The outpouring of love and support from the community is just always so good. Everyone that came out today, everyone that's sending flowers and calls and all the things its just been amazing," she said.

The bar was converted to what could be called a community charcuterie, a vast selection of cheese, meats, spreads, fruits and nuts to sample.

She credits her team for the event "going off without a hitch."

Savor and Grace will open back up 11 a.m. Tuesday.

"We're expanded our hours, which is really awesome. So we are open Friday and Saturday 11 to 4, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 11 to 2, so we'll be open again tomorrow, Tuesday, and then starting up again on Friday with 'Grab and Graze Friday'," Sauder said.

She said Savor and Grace will continue what they've been doing, just on a larger scale. The new location, the former Sam & Louie's, also allows more sit-down space.
