Chappell, Ogallala, Long Pine recognized as ACE Project of the Year recipients

ACE, a community-owned natural gas supplier, recently recognized community projects in Chappell, Ogallala and Long Pine.

LINCOLN -- The communities of Ogallala, Chappell and Long Pine were recognized as ACE Project of the Year award winners.

ACE member communities were asked to nominate projects they did with the help of the revenue return program. Winning communities will be awarded a plaque, $200 towards future community projects, and bragging rights.

Ogallala's project is the Unity Project at Collister Park. Chappell's project is the Thompson Park update. Long Pine's project is the Historic Concession Stand Roof, and the standpipe renovation.

Sidney also submitted the Camp Lookout Renovation Project.
