MITCHELL, Neb. -- Vistabeam’s new fiber-based internet service is now operational in Mitchell providing high-speed connectivity to local residents.

Matt Larsen, CEO of Vistabeam, explains that Mitchell is one of the first communities to receive Vistabeam service. The ribbon cutting ceremony December 16 was held in recognition of introduction of fiber-based service.

"We have been in business for over 20 years. We've actually provided service in Mitchell for 20. But, up to this point, we've always been offering wireless service," Larsen said.
