CRAWFORD — A 31-year-old Crawford man has been arrested following a Nebraska State Patrol investigation into child exploitation.

Tyrell Homrighausen was taken into custody Friday morning at his home in Crawford. According to the Nebraska State Patrol, Homrighausen faces multiple felony counts of possession of child pornography.

The arrest follows a search warrant executed at his residence in late March. During that search, the NSP Tech Crimes Unit analyzed a cell phone and discovered images of child pornography, leading to the charges filed.

Homrighausen was booked into the Dawes County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.

Authorities are encouraging anyone with additional information to contact Nebraska State Patrol Troop E at 308-632-1211.
